Our Return/ Refund Policy
Claims for product damaged during shipping should be addressed to the appropriate carrier i.e. Federal Express.

Customer Satisfaction is what we pride ourselves with and our success. Customer Service and true customer care is our first priority. If for any reason within 4 weeks of purchase, you are not happy with your product contact our Customer Service Care Representative at redcanoe™.  redcanoe™ will authorize and issue a return authorization number. Consumed products and /or product that are not in resalable condition will not receive credit. The product would need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a full refund. Product received after the date will be discarded or donated and the refund will be denied.  Once the product has been received, we will issue an immediate credit for the product returned.

 

Federal Express Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived, arrived incomplete or arrived damaged, please contact Federal Express at 1-800-Go Fed Ex.  redcanoe.com uses Fed Ex as there delivery agent and is not responsible for lost or damaged products. FED EX must be contacted and a claim reported in order for redcanoe™ to re-ship damaged or missing product. Reports of damaged or missing products will only be considered if reported within 48 hours of initial receipt of package.

Fed Ex Ground is our standard shipping method within the contiguous USA. No PO Boxes. 2 to 5 business days estimated delivery. Same day shipping on most orders placed by 1 pm EST. $5 service charge for all address corrections! Please be sure to check your address information at the time of order.
